Women And Girl-Child Entrepreneurship Support (WAGES) is an entrepreneurship for women development initiative with extensive training and capacity development on ICT, Vocation Skills, & Business Management. Its main focus is creating a platform where the Women and Girl-Child can get access to a sustainable income generation scheme and ultimately become self-sufficient, with opportunities for continuing education through the Dual-Mode Learning system.

The initiative focuses on the unserved and underserved Women and Girls who are educationally backward, neglected, and excluded. The program aims to give them access to practical skills in Entrepreneurship. WAGES strongly believes that the Women and Girl-Child knowledge capital development complex must be nourished and strengthened to directly impact the people in the unserved and underserved locations in Nigeria for sustainable economic growth and therefore, an assured future.

WAGES being a learning initiative for entrepreneurship, means that it is devoted to increasing self sufficiency and educational reliance amongst the Women and Girl-Child community to achieve overall national growth and inclusion. Our deliberate use of the Boot Camp Model helps to ensure quality delivery and scalability.

WAGES hopes to adopt a very unique effective and impact-yielding Action delivery plan. The services to be provided are as follows:

• Training and Capacity Building for MSMEs via our Boot Camp on a Dual-Mode Learning Platform
• Access to Micro-credit through linkage to access channels: BOI, YOU-WIN, etc. Support For Access to Continuing Education: NID, Diploma Programme, NOUN. University Preparation for Women & Girl Child with complete program.
